Description

Advanced Impregnating Technology
Engineered using premium acrylic resins, this solvent-free formula delivers superior protection compared to standard surface coatings. Rather than simply sitting on top of the tile, the sealer penetrates deep into the porous structure of the material. This impregnating action chemically alters the roof tile to create a comprehensive water-repellent shield. It is formulated to be 100% UVA resistant, ensuring the coating does not degrade or yellow under intense sunlight, maintaining the structural integrity of the roof for the long term.

Extreme Weather Resistance
This heavy-duty sealer is built to combat the root causes of roof degradation: moisture and organic growth. By sealing the face of the tile against water infiltration, it removes the damp environment required for moss, lichen, and algae to thrive. The finish is oil-resistant and self-cleaning during rainfall, significantly reducing whole-life maintenance costs. It is fully compatible with slate, clay, and concrete tiles, providing a hard-wearing defence that withstands regular washing and harsh environmental shifts.

Professional Application
Designed for trade efficiency, the sealer applies easily via a handheld sprayer or brush. For optimal performance, the product should be applied to the point of saturation; while a single coat is effective, a light second coat applied 20-30 minutes later (wet-on-wet) will maximise the protective barrier. The surface must be completely free of moisture and contaminants prior to application. Coverage achieves approximately 5 square metres per litre, depending on the porosity of the tiles.
