Description

Polyurethane Engineering
Formulated with a high-performance polyurethane resin, this sealer offers superior durability compared to standard water-based acrylics. The polyurethane cross-linking creates a tough, abrasion-resistant shield that bonds tenaciously to pre-cast concrete and flagstones. Despite its industrial strength, the formula is designed for user safety and ease of use, allowing for simple clean-up with warm soapy water without compromising on the hard-wearing properties required for high-traffic external areas.

Total Surface Defence
This sealer is designed to extend the lifespan of your patio by targeting the most common causes of degradation. It creates a semi-permeable membrane that resists oil stains, UV fading, and water penetration, effectively stopping the growth of green mould and algae. Furthermore, it binds and hardens the sand in the pointing, significantly reducing erosion and preventing unsightly weed infestation, ensuring the patio remains structurally sound and visually clean with minimal maintenance.

Specialised Application
Engineered specifically for pre-cast concrete and flagstones, this product is not suitable for natural stone or Indian sandstone. It is designed for rapid application via roller or sprayer, penetrating the porous concrete surface to enhance the natural pigment and depth of the slabs. The coating becomes touch-dry in just 2-4 hours, providing a quick turnaround for renovation projects while delivering a professional, colour-enriched finish that withstands the British weather.
