Outdoor patio with a round table and chairs on a stone patio, surrounded by greenery.

Professional Chemistry. Paint-Roller Simplicity.

We’ve done the hard work so you don't have to. While standard patio paints just sit on the surface, our Silane-Modified System is engineered to root itself into the surface. The primer soaks deep to create a waterproof anchor, and the topcoat chemically cross-links to that foundation. No complex mixing, no specialist tools—just roll it on like standard paint for a finish that grips, seals, and lasts.

Active Silane Adhesion

Unlike standard paints that sit on the surface, this formula uses silane promoters to chemically cross-link with the mineral substrate. This creates a permanent, rooted bond that resists flaking and peeling, even under duress.

Optimized Curing Profile

Engineered for efficient application cycles. The coating becomes touch-dry in just 2–4 hours (temperature dependent), preventing debris pickup and allowing for a reliable, streamlined application process on large surface areas.

Abrasion Resistant Finish

A tough, semi-gloss satin finish engineered to withstand heavy foot traffic and abrasion. Enriched with UV-stable pigments, it maintains rich color depth and resists fading, making it equally effective for internal floors and external patios.

Hydrophobic Vapor Valve

The advanced acrylic lattice acts as a "one-way valve." It blocks rain and surface oils from penetrating downwards but allows trapped ground moisture to escape as vapor—preventing the bubbling and blistering common with standard floor paints.

Performance Profile

Professional Grade Single-Pack Acrylic.
Designed for both internal and external versatility, this premium 1-part resin system creates a durable satin finish on concrete, wood, metal, and block paving. With a rapid 2–4 hour drying time and a thickness of 50 microns per coat, it offers excellent efficiency for time-sensitive projects.

Description

Advanced Acrylic Formulation
Manufactured in England using premium-grade acrylic resins, this single-pack system acts as both a robust floor paint and a protective sealer. Its advanced water-based composition delivers the durability required for trade applications while remaining low odour and safe for use in confined spaces like domestic garages. The formula is designed to bond aggressively to concrete slabs, block paving, and screed, providing a decorative finish that restores the look of worn surfaces.

Heavy-Duty Protection
Engineered to withstand the rigours of daily use, this coating provides a tough, semi-gloss to satin barrier against foot traffic and light vehicle movement. It offers significant resistance to solvents, road salts, and water ingress, preventing degradation of the substrate. Crucially, the paint is 100% UV resistant, meaning it will not fade, chalk, or discolour when exposed to direct sunlight on driveways and patios, ensuring long-lasting colour retention.

Professional Application
Built for speed and efficiency, this quick-drying formula minimizes downtime, allowing for rapid project completion. It is easy to apply via brush or roller and cleans up simply with water. The coating is highly versatile; it can be applied smooth for a sleek finish or used in conjunction with Everest Anti-Slip Additives (available separately) to create a textured, high-grip surface essential for wet external areas or sloped ramps.

Application
SURFACE PREPARATION

Ensure all surfaces are sound and clean, free from dust and flaking paint.
Ensure surface is completely dry and free from condensation and damp.
Remove any loose or flaking paint.

If bare or unpainted concrete is being painted it is strongly advised a base coat of "Everest Trade Quick Drying Floor Primer and Sealer" is used to get the best results as the primer will provide a penetrating base coat for the topcoat to anchor to, this will ensure good adhesion of the paint.

Can be easily applied by brush, roller or airless sprayer to all concrete floors, polished or power floated will need to be etched / scarified prior to application to minimise the chance of delamination. This paint cannot be applied over oil/solvent-based paints, it may react. (Ensure this product is compatible with your type of floor before application). Can not be used on concrete with protruding natural stones as it will struggle to adhere to the natural stones due to porosity.

Can be used on standard concrete, Powerfloated and polished concrete floors must be ground using a floor grinder prior to the application of the primer/sealer linked in the application section. Not recommended for use on self-levelling floors as they tend to be non-porous.

FAQs

Please read our FAQs page to find out more.

What is this product best suited for?
This is a high-performance, quick-drying acrylic coating designed to seal, protect, and decorate concrete surfaces. It functions as both a durable paint and a protective sealer in one application. It is ideal for renovating tired concrete, providing a semi-gloss finish that resists UV fading, water damage, and general wear. It is available with an optional anti-slip aggregate for areas where safety is a priority.
Can I use this paint on both internal and external surfaces?
Yes, this versatile coating is formulated for both interior and exterior use. It is widely used on garage floors, driveways, patios, paving slabs, and workshop floors. Its UV-resistant properties ensure it retains its colour without yellowing when exposed to sunlight, making it perfect for outdoor projects, while its low-odour water-based formula makes it safe and convenient for indoor spaces.
How should I prepare the surface before painting?
Preparation is critical for adhesion. The surface must be sound, clean, dry, and free from any dust, dirt, oil, grease, or loose material. If the concrete is power-floated or extremely smooth, it should be mechanically abraded or acid-etched to create a "key" for the paint to grip. Ensure any previous coatings are sanded back if they are glossy, and remove all flaking paint entirely.
Do I need to use a primer on bare concrete?
For bare, unpainted concrete, we strongly recommend applying a dedicated primer first. Using the Everest Trade Quick Drying Floor Primer and Sealer will seal the porous substrate and provide a strong anchor point for the topcoat. This step prevents the paint from soaking into the concrete unevenly and ensures the most durable, long-lasting finish.
How is this product applied and how many coats do I need?
The product can be applied using a brush, roller, or airless sprayer. For best results on floors, use a medium-pile roller. Stir the paint thoroughly before use—especially if you have chosen the anti-slip version, to ensure the aggregate is evenly distributed. We generally recommend applying two coats to ensure full opacity and maximum protection.
