Unlike standard varnishes, it allows the stone to breathe while providing a robust shield against efflorescence and water damage.

Built to withstand the rigours of the British climate, this sealer offers an industrial-grade lifespan of up to 5 years. It creates a hydrophobic surface that actively repels oil, grease, and water, making it difficult for algae and lichen to establish a foothold. Additionally, the UV-stable formula prevents the stone from fading or bleaching under direct sunlight, while simultaneously binding and hardening the pointing to prevent erosion and weed growth.

Professional Application
Suitable for both interior floors and exterior patios, this sealer is designed for application via sprayer or roller. To achieve a flawless finish, it is critical that the product is applied in thin, even coats to prevent pooling and "whitening." Note: This product is engineered for traditional mortar pointing and is not compatible with resin-based "Easy Grouts". The surface must be bone dry before application to ensure deep penetration and optimal curing.
