Description

Deep Penetrating Formulation
Engineered with a low-viscosity polyurethane resin, this single-pack system is designed to soak rapidly into porous concrete rather than sitting on the surface. By penetrating the substrate, it reinforces the concrete matrix from within, sealing the surface against moisture and contaminants. This solvent-based formulation ensures a robust bond that water-based alternatives cannot achieve, making it the essential foundation for any heavy-duty industrial flooring project.

Anti-Dust & Adhesion Technology
This product solves two critical industrial flooring issues: dusting and delamination. As a standalone sealer, it locks down the surface to prevent concrete "chalking" and dust formation in warehouses and factories. As a primer, it provides an adhesive anchor for Everest Trade Polyurethane Floor Paints, significantly reducing the risk of topcoat failure. It creates a stable, sealed surface that ensures subsequent layers apply evenly and cure correctly.

Dual-Purpose Application
Versatile by design, this product adapts to your project requirements. For use as a primer under polyurethane paints, a single thin coat is sufficient to seal the substrate (coverage approx 6-10m² per litre). For use as a standalone dustproofer and sealer, two coats are recommended to ensure a comprehensive seal; a third coat may be added for a higher sheen finish. Ensure the surface is 100% dry before application. Note: Not compatible with water-based acrylic or alkyd floor paints.
